Service Description
This service is available to confirmed clients who wish to schedule an on-site walkthrough prior to their event. The walkthrough provides an opportunity to review layout options, finalize logistics, and address any planning details directly within the space. A member of our team will guide you through the venue, answer questions, and ensure you're fully prepared for your upcoming event. Walkthroughs are by appointment only and typically last 30–60 minutes. We recommend scheduling your walkthrough at least 2–4 weeks before your event date to allow ample time for adjustments.
Booking/ cancellations/ reschueduling
Thank you for your interest in touring our venue. To help us provide the best experience possible, please review the following booking guidelines: Booking Requests All venue tours must be booked in advance. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability until it has been confirmed by our team. Availability Tour availability is subject to change and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance Booking Requirement Online bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance of your requested tour time. Special Requests If you require an early morning or late evening tour that is outside of our regular hours, please contact the venue directly to discuss availability. We will do our best to accommodate special requests. We look forward to welcoming you and showing you everything our venue has to offer. Venue Walkthrough Policy Clients with confirmed bookings are entitled to a pre-event venue walkthrough to assist with planning and logistics. Walkthroughs are conducted by appointment only and are limited to a maximum of 1 hour per session. We encourage clients to bring any key vendors, planners, or decision-makers to this meeting to make the most of the allotted time. Additional walkthroughs or extended time may be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Walkthroughs should be scheduled at least 2–4 weeks prior to the event date to ensure proper coordination. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance. How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made by phone call or text message to: Ashley Wheatley, venue manager 850-781-5818 Important Notes: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your scheduled tour may be marked as a no-show.
